Job Summary
The Branch Officer in Charge (OIC) is responsible in organizing and coordinating office operations and
procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. He / She is expected to achieve
maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration based on assigned quota within the assigned
territory and / or market segment by effectively selling company's products and related services.
Operational process includes regulation and maintenance of operational standards and guidelines
relating to the execution of the branch business processes.
